Eastern Promises (2007)

I tried to watch “Eastern Promises” from the beginning last night. I caught the ending of it a couple of weeks ago.

I was bored out of my mind with this movie. I don’t get it.

Naomi Watts plays English/Russian midwife that was taking care of a young pregnant girl was she dies at childbirth. She tries to find the father of her baby before the baby she named Christina is put in foster care. She finds a diary that is written in Russian and tries to translate it.

Then she mixed up with the Russian mob somehow. I don’t get it. I fell asleep. I’m sorry to David Cronenberg, but I hated it.

Try again.
